The meeting Venue, VICC, is a state of the art building. At every stage of development the centre considered eco-friendly options. You’ll see low water flow bathroom fixtures, paperless electronic signage, open floor plans for natural light, and low-heat glass that blocks ultraviolet light and helps moderate indoor temperatures.

The WA-BC Chapter is encouraging carpooling to the conference. If you are interested in carpooling please contact Geraldine Vanderhaegen at geraldine.vanderhaegen@nmt.us. Geraldine  will keep a list and pair carpoolers together to minimize the ecological footprint of the AGM.

Other things include bring your own coffee/water containers, and bring any old badge holders (we know you have a drawer full!) so we don’t have to buy new ones.
