Important Notice to all participants coming from the US:  Remember you are required to have a valid passport to get back into the US after going to Canada. 

We encourage members and students to present their work. Posters are a way to do that which gives you exposure throughout the whole Annual Meeting.

Posters are written, self-explanatory presentations that must fit within a 4×4 ft space. They should be readable from a distance of 3 feet, and may be enhanced with photos and handouts.  Be sure to include your contact information. They will be on display throughout the meeting, and featured during a social event Tuesday evening, when the lead author should be available to describe and discuss their poster.
